I'm a healer, yogi, teacher, artist, and writer. I live in the piney woods in a small town on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The natural world is very magical to me and I spend as much time as possible playing in the woods and on the beach. I enjoy meditating, living and practicing my yoga, art, music, laughter, and time spent with good friends. I love the ocean, watching the waves rolling in to shore, swimming and floating, and walking on the beach at night. I also love music and dancing… I've been known to start my own dance party.
